This spacious and recent single-storey house of 130 m² offers all the comforts for a maximum of 9 people, and in a green and quiet setting, on fully enclosed grounds of 2000 m².
The cottage includes a kitchen open to the living room and the living room, very bright from its two large bay windows overlooking the garden.
You will also find two bathrooms, one of which is private in one of the 4 bedrooms with dressing room:
- a bedroom with a large 180x200 bed (2 beds joined together 90x200) with private bathroom
- a bedroom with a double bed of 160 x 200
- a bedroom with 3 beds of 90x200
- 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90x200 (to be joined or not).
On beautiful sunny days, you can enjoy a bbc, a petanque court, garden furniture and children's games.
