Pouchou is located on a hill which offers a panorama of the countryside. The setting is particularly silent and we are talking here about the 'Sound of silence'

Comfortable, warm and welcoming house.

On the ground floor a well-equipped kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, oven, etc.

Upstairs, living room with Périgord fireplace, bedroom with double bed (180x200), bathroom with large Italian shower, separate toilet.

Second floor, an attic bedroom (2 90x200 beds), accessible by small staircase with barrier for children. Especially suitable for children or physically flexible adults.

The ground floor and the upper floor are directly accessible from the outside because the house is built on a hill.

Downstairs, the house has a shared courtyard with the owner's house. The living room opens onto a private terrace. A second terrace, with a lovely view, can be used in the courtyard.

On the Pouchou grounds you will find:
The swimming pool to share with other tenants and owners. It is a place where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the surrounding countryside.
In the woods there is a platform that you can use for yoga or meditation.

There is a cabin, trampoline (with net), swing, ping-pong table and zip line.
For the safety of children: barriers on the terraces prevent children from going to the swimming pool alone.
