It has two levels.
On the first level (ground floor) you will find:
- an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, 4-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, electric kettle), crockery and kitchen and household utensils , vacuum,
table and iron.
- a dining area
- a lounge area equipped with a wood stove, with sofa, armchairs, flat screen television and DVD player, radio/CD player.
On the second level (garden level) are:
- a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm),
- a bedroom with three single beds (90 cm),
- a bathroom (shower and sink, hair dryer)
- independent toilets
Outside, it has a private garden and terrace equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs, parasol), deck chairs and a barbecue. You will also have a drying rack and clothes pegs.
Internet access by wifi in the gîte and its nearby exteriors.
All rooms are equipped with electric heaters.
On site you will find:
- the large swimming pool (sunbeds, parasols)
- the very large garden with trees and the meadow, games (ping-pong, volleyball, badminton, pétanque, swings, slide...),
- a parking
- "baby" equipment on request when booking
- tourist guides and leaflets, walking and hiking circuits
The beds are made. Toiletries and towels available.
Possibility to rent a raclette machine,
a fondue set,
an individual sauna... Contact me for that.
Ideally located between Toulouse and Carcassonne, you will find a real haven of peace and a warm welcome.

"Excellent WE au Mas d'escampette"
J'ai eu la chance de pouvoir fêter mon anniversaire lors d'un weekend au Mas d'escampette, j'avais loué le domaine en entier pour pouvoir y accueillir ma famille et mes amis.
Ce fut une réussite et le lieu y a été pour quelque chose.
Accueil au top, disponibilité maximum pour toutes questions, demandes ou même pour y passer pour de nombreuses visites...
Mes convives et moi même avons été subjugués par la beauté et la sérénité du lieu ! (Même sans la piscine (fin octobre))
