Its geographical position is ideal for discovering all the wonders of southern Ardèche. Its surface area (68 m²) and its large bay windows make it a pleasant and spacious house. It offers all the necessary comfort for a good stay with family or friends.
For more comfort, the entire gîte is air-conditioned.
The swimming pool (6x3) is private and heated from 1/04 to 7/11.
The cottage consists of a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee makers, small household appliances, etc.).
The dining area opens onto a large living room with sofa, armchair and flat screen TV.
2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 and 2 beds 90) make up the sleeping area.
The bathroom with large walk-in shower and the WC are separate.
You will also find a cellar with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, board and outdoor games...
The covered terrace will allow you to take your meals under cover. A gas barbecue is at your disposal.
Deckchairs are arranged around the swimming pool with a shady corner under the pergola.
A petanque court is located at the back of the garden.
The garden is closed and the private car park is located in front of the gîte.
Loan of baby equipment on request.

Tout est à disposition, il ne manque rien dans cette magnifique maison équipée pour y vivre une parenthèse ardéchoise parfaite.
En famille ou en amoureux, ou même en télétravail, les espaces et les aménagements intérieurs et extérieurs permettent toutes les configurations.
Pour nous c’était télétravail en amoureux.
La propriétaire est adorable, aux petits soins. Elle a mis tout son bon goût dans la décoration de la maison et tout son bon sens dans les soucis du détail (il y a même de quoi conserver les restes de repas!).
Nous avons adoré notre séjour et nous reviendrons avec plaisir, s’il reste des dispos 😉
