Our cottage is located in the old barn of our house.
The building dates from 1850 and we have completely renovated it ourselves to provide you with all modern comforts (high-performance insulation, air conditioning, fire detector, ERP standard, etc.)

We are in a green setting not overlooked in the heart of the village of Courlaoux.
We offer a capacity of 2 to 12 people, with a space of 140 m², including a living room of more than 50 m² entirely open to the outside where throughout the year you can enjoy our view of the garden and on sunny days from the shaded 45 m² terrace.

On the ground floor you will have 2 bedrooms (140x200 bedding) with chest of drawers, wardrobe and connected television.
A fully equipped open kitchen dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, citrus press, coffee machine (filter and Dolce Gusto), kettle, as well as all the necessary for cooking (kitchen set, board, dishes, pots, pans, etc.)
The bathroom is equipped with a separate toilet, a separate walk-in shower (140x80), 2 sinks, a washing machine (8 kg), as well as a changing table, a hairdryer and plenty of storage space.
The living room of more than 50 m², facing the rear of the building without any vis-à-vis, offers you a view of our little corner of paradise, a green space with a few fruit trees.
