Bocce ball courtThe Domaine des Roseraies is made up of two pretty typical Norman houses on a 5200 m² estate, in a quiet village, 10 minutes from the first beach, 20 minutes from the landing beaches and the American cemetery.
The Maupassant cottage is a pretty house, typically Norman, on one level on a plot of 5200 m², in a quiet village, 10 minutes from the first beach, 20 minutes from the landing beaches and the American cemetery.
The spacious and warm living room welcomes you with its beautiful fireplace and its equipped kitchen.
The two bedrooms can each accommodate 2 people. The bathroom has a shower.
The sofa bed can accommodate one person.
A charging station for electric cars is available in the parking lot of the gîte.
Petanque.
You will be able to enjoy a very soothing environment, with a large enclosed garden not overlooked, the view of the Bessin marshes to the north, and to the south at the top of the property, fields with Norman cows and a view of the church of village.
You will find all the necessary comfort for a pleasant and rejuvenating stay in the middle of the Bessin, in a magnificent region steeped in history.

"Un petit royaume"
Pas trop loin de Omaha Beach sur la butte de Monfréville cette gite offre tout ce qu'on peut désirer. Comfort, une atmosphère rustique, beauté, Normandique. Les gérants sont très aimable et sur place si nécessaire. Dasn un mot: parfait!

"Prachtig gelegen huisje"
Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren. Reageren snel op mails. In huisje is alles gelijkvloers wat superpraktisch is. Tuin ervoor is prachtig. Ligt heel erg rustig, je hoort alleen de vogels fluiten. Toch ligt het huisje heel centraal. Je bent zo op de snelweg, zo bij de supermarkt (auto) en je ben vlakbij omaha beach.
