You like peace and nature, you dream of being woken up by birdsong or dining on the terrace under the stars... Our gite awaits you, at the end of our farmhouse, in the heart of a hazel grove where the e can meet squirrels, deer or pheasants... In winter you can enjoy a good book by the fireplace and from June 15 to September 15 you will enjoy lazing by our uncovered heated swimming pool. Children will appreciate the wooded area, the games room and the bicycles available which allow beautiful family outings.
If you are tempted by discovery…hiking trails, fishing, La Flèche Zoo, castles….
With family or friends, you will find yourself facing the garden in the large living room/living room with American-style kitchen. Still on the ground floor, adjoining a separate toilet, the master bedroom with its private bathroom (walk-in shower) opens onto the hazel grove and for your comfort you will find 1 king size bed (or 2 90/200 according to your choice).
As in a second apartment, the children will settle upstairs where a bright bedroom awaits them with 3 beds (90/190), the mezzanine (1 bed 90/190 and a child's bed) with its reading area, a large bathroom of water and independent WC.
In the heart of a hazelnut grove between Loir and the forest to taste the calm, tranquility and enjoy unspoiled nature, a 2/3 pers. "Les Noyers" and a 5/6 pers. "The Hazels"
On site: hiking and cycling route (Sarthe by bike) V47 with possibility of loops … fishing, gourmet discoveries and heritage.
