The 60 m² gîte has a large living room-kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a terrace, a large shaded car park.
Basic shops and bus stop to Montpellier within walking distance.
Stroll in the garrigue possible from the house.
Trams to visit Montpellier are 15 minutes by car or bus.
The beaches are 30 minutes away by car, as are, for example, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, the Hérault gorges or Lac du Salagou.
Many other major tourist sites such as the Cirque de Navacelles are less than 2 hours away by car.
And why not simply relax on the spot, between songs of cicadas and ballets of butterflies.
Residents in the region for a long time, we will be happy to share our experience with you.
