Charming little cottage, clean and quiet, since January 2012, in a pleasant village, Prénovel (300 inhabitants), with the merger of 3 other villages, it is NANCHEZ now, between 900 and 1000 m altitude, in the heart of the fauna and flora of the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park.

Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday, during school holidays, and available for a minimum of 2 nights the rest of the year.
Up to 2 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby.

Located on the ground floor:
- 1 bedroom of 4.60 m by 3.60 m, with 1 double bed + 2 single beds, + 1 cot, new bedding
- 1 living room of 5.30 m by 4.30 m, with a sofa bed (sofa bed), very comfortable
- and 1 kitchen of 4 m by 2.50 m, furnished and fully equipped
- Bathroom with shower, separated from the WC.
SHEETS, TOWELS AND BATH TOWELS PROVIDED free of charge, your beds are made with duvet cover, tourist tax included

A large car park cleared of snow by us, on your simple request, a cot, a high chair, and a baby bath, are available to you.

Gîte located at the foot of the cross-country ski trails and 500 m from the center of the village, where the toboggan run is located, as well as a rental of winter sports equipment.
25 km from the first ski lifts (Morbier and Bellefontaine).
35 km from Les Rousses, and its surrounding resorts, with multiple downhill ski slopes.

SUMMER:
On our property: very large terrace, playground available for your children, trampoline, slide, swing, sandbox, pétanque court, as well as a ping-pong table and table football. A garden with 1 wood barbecue. Possibility to pick your salad, radish, green beans, tomatoes, parsley, chives, … in our vegetable garden. (rather in August in our region).
