The cottage is an outbuilding of an exceptional residence "La Belle Dorlee", 30 minutes from Roanne and Vichy, 1h30 from Lyon, Clermont-Ferrand and Saint-Étienne.

It is a completely renovated detached house (not terraced) with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom / WC, 1 living room kitchen, 1 play area for children, pantry, shaded enclosed garden, internet, heating, large heated swimming pool (5 x 12 m) (from June 15 to September 15) to share with the owners, located in the grounds of the property among century-old trees, parking.

An Indonesian hut (with a view of the countryside) allows you to have meals outside even in rainy weather.

Shops on site: bakery, supermarket, butcher, newsagent, pharmacy, post office, bank with ATM, bar-restaurant, doctor, nurses, dentist, market every Thursday (morning).
Activities on site: football field, multi-sports field, children's playground, tennis, pond (fishing possible), bowling green, hiking trails (hiking and mountain biking) departing from Saint-Martin-d'Estréaux (circuit n °10 “From Châteaumorand to La Ierre”, circuit n° 28 “La montagne de Jars”).
