Pretty old stone house, 120 square meters, just renovated, in a quiet street in the heart of a charming and calm village, with amenities (groceries, petrol, tobacconist...).

It is located 30 minutes from the first beaches and close to the Gironde estuary and its typical small ports.

Within the village itself, the very pretty Château de Beaulon and its gardens and fountains can be visited and wine and spirits tastings are offered.

The house has on the ground floor a large and bright open-plan living room: living room - dining room - kitchen, as well as a separate toilet and a bathroom with bathtub.

Upstairs are two very spacious bedrooms (29 and 36 m²), each with a 140x200 bed and a second bed for one or two people. All bedding and beds are new.

The sofa on the ground floor can also be converted into a single or double bed.
In the kitchen, you will find all the appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster.
