Gîte le Vigneron - Fonclaire Holidays

Located near Mortemart, Fonclaire offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool, a garden and a terrace.

The Vigneron gîte is a studio with a large bed for 2 people and a private and spacious bathroom with toilet.

A newly installed kitchenette is equipped with an oven, a fridge-freezer, a hob, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs.

There is also a lounge area with table where guests enjoy watching TV and enjoying their coffee and croissant, and enjoying the view.

All our gîtes are equipped with TV, DVD player, iron, cot available on request, high chair available on request, free parking, private outdoor seating, private barbecue (fee payable), shared washing machine (fee payable).

Our facilities include a swimming pool with terrace and sun loungers, a children's play area with sandpit, sports activities such as football, badminton, on-site fishing and a nature trail around our woodland. We also have a selection of giant games including jenga, connect four and O&X's.

Next to the pool is a terraced area with sun loungers where guests can relax and enjoy the surrounding countryside over a glass of chilled wine. And if you like barbecues, we have a summer kitchen and lakeside barbecue area where guests can cook and entertain with friends and family.

Fonclaire offers a playground for children as well as woodlands to explore, badminton, football and more.

We also offer a 12 x 6 inch heated in-ground swimming pool, available from May to September

If you would like to discover the area, cycling and fishing are possible in the surroundings and the accommodation can arrange a bicycle rental service.
