Gîte "Le Rossetti" - La Forge de Clermont

"LA FORGE DE CLERMONT": rental of a gîte and a "relaxation area" (spa and sauna); near Dax in the south of the Landes department.
We will be happy to welcome you to our complex in "tourist and leisure accommodation".

Cottage for 4 people, a pleasure garden with park of 2400 m² as well as numerous annexes housing "leisure areas".

Our property consists of an authentic 18th century Landaise farmhouse (1728) also housing 3 guest rooms and a chalet for rental for two people.
You will also be offered the "table d'hôtes" that you can enjoy under a covered terrace (in season) or in front of the fireplace, the rest of the year, in an authentic and friendly atmosphere.

Located in a haven of peace and greenery in the heart of the country of "Chalosse", surrounded by fields of corn or sunflowers, this property in tourist and leisure accommodation is an ideal place to unwind and relax as a couple, between friends or family.

The "Forge de Clermont" will delight the most demanding with its activities and equipment: swimming pool with parasols and deckchairs, park and garden of 2400 m², "ping-pong area" under a terrace near the swimming pool, fenced pétanque court (with loan of boules), billiard room with free access, small library to read or document the tourist spots to discover (thanks to an important and diverse documentation made available to customers) and even a "Well-Being space" (in supplement) equipped with an infrared sauna and a spa, with showers and its covered "idleness" terrace equipped with deckchairs.

Finally, two other covered terraces are also available to our customers; the first is dedicated to the billiard room and the second is used to enjoy the "table d'hôtes" in the evening, during the summer season.

This gîte "Le Rossetti" is located in a quiet and secluded area of the property which will delight people wishing to have quiet accommodation in the countryside, without any vis-à-vis while remaining close. from Dax, Landes beaches, lakes and the coveted Landes Forest (40) but also the lovely Basque Country (64) and its Basque Coast.

We are located precisely in the town of Clermont in the south of the Landes department (40), a dozen km south of Dax, 3/4 of an hour from the Landes coast, less than 30 minutes from the rich and picturesque Basque Country and an hour's drive from the very famous and sumptuous Basque Coast.

Roadmap coming from Bordeaux:
Exit the A 63 motorway at junction 12 (Dax, Castets).
Drive about twenty km towards Dax.
In Dax, take the direction of Orthez on the D 947.
At the 6th roundabout, take on the left the Departmental 15, direction Clermont.
Cross the village of Clermont, always on the D 15.
At the end of the village (signpost Clermont barré) take immediately left the wheel of "haut du pouy".
About 500 meters further, at the "crow's feet", turn left on the path of Provence.
At the end of this road is "La Forge de Clermont".

Roadmap coming from Toulouse:
Exit the A 64 motorway at junction 9 (Pau Ouest / Pau Pyrénées-Aéroport).
At the exit of the highway, at the roundabout, first exit direction Lescar.
2nd roundabout - 2nd exit, always direction Lescar.
3rd roundabout - 1st exit direction Bougarber on the D945.
Then straight (without ANY bifurcation) on about fifty km, by: Bougarber, Sault de Navailles, Amou, Castel Sarrazin and Pomarez.
In Pomarez, take on the right direction Dax then left direction Clermont on the D15.
About 7 km further, at the entrance of the village (just before the sign indicating Clermont), turn right on the road to "Haut du Pouy".
About 500m further, at the "crow's feet", turn left on the path of Provence.
At the end of this road is "La Forge de Clermont".

Roadmap coming from Bayonne:
In Bayonne, take or turn right on the A64 direction Pau / Toulouse. Exit No. 7 (Bellocq).
Take the direction of Bellocq then Puyoo, Puyoo take the D3 towards Dax.
5 km further, in Habas, continue straight towards Estibeaux (at the height of Estibeaux do not turn right towards the center of the village or left towards Dax, but continue straight while always staying on the D3).
At the "stop", up to Estibeaux (so always on the D3), take the D107 opposite "Ozourt, Montfort" direction.
2.5 km further (well before Ozourt), at the "give way", turn left towards Clermont on the D15.
About 2 km further, at the entrance of the village (just before the sign indicating Clermont), turn right on the road to "Haut du Pouy".
About 500m further, at the "crow's feet", turn left on the path of Provence.
At the end of this road is "La Forge de Clermont".
