Gîte le Rosier is a renovated old winegrower's house, in the heart of the village of Le Crest.
Ideally located at the gates of the regional natural park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne and Clermont-Ferrand to visit the main natural sites (Chaine des Puys, Massif du Sancy, Lakes), the Auvergne heritage (listed villages, castles, Romanesque churches).
Its proximity to the Zénith d'Auvergne and the Grande Halle will allow you to go very easily to concerts, shows and fairs.
From the cottage you will set off on foot or mountain bike to discover the village and its 360° panorama, the Serre plateau, or the Auzon Valley.
We will welcome you in our old house rehabilitated in lodging, composed of a pleasant living room / kitchen, a small bathroom with toilets.
Upstairs you will find a bedroom (160x200 bed) with an office space and plenty of storage, a 2nd bedroom (2 90x190 beds) and its wardrobe.
From the rooms, you will have a nice view of the Gergovie plateau.
On the last level, a low-ceilinged attic converted into a living room with a sofa.
Finally you will have a tank to store your bikes / mountain bikes, skis.

"Très agréable séjour"
La maison est très agréable et spacieuse. La literie est de qualité. Nous avons eu besoin de chauffage et ça fonctionnait très bien. Notre hotesse a été très disponible pour nous conseiller des visites et même nous proposer de billets de réduction. Balades possibles dès la maison avec de très belles vues. Footing possible également.
