Gîte Le Petit Bouleau

The gite is fully furnished, spacious and comfortable and can accommodate up to 4 people in two bedrooms.
There is a comfortable living / dining room, a large kitchen, a shower/WC and a private terrace with a stone BBQ.
All bedrooms are on the ground floor, with only one step between each area.
There is a large heated swimming pool with a sun terrace surrounded by beautiful gardens.

Our 25,000 m² site is located in a small hamlet 2.4 km from the village of Maché with excellent access to the surrounding countryside and the Atlantic coast.
With stunning views of farmers fields and woods, our rural location offers plenty of open space and fresh air.
In our local village there is a small bar, a superb bakery and a well-stocked convenience store.
Nearby are picturesque villages, larger towns with weekly markets and many historic places of interest.
For nature lovers and birdwatchers in particular, the opportunities are endless with the countryside teeming with life.
Quiet country lanes and dedicated cycle paths make our area ideal for walking or a more serious workout. For triathletes, the largest body of open water in the Vendée (170 hectares) is on our doorstep.
Also close at hand are the glorious, wide, sandy beaches of the Atlantic coast. On a typical summer day, our nearest beach at Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie is a 30 minute drive away.

Exit the D984 at the junction with the D40. Take the D40 in the direction of Maché. In the center of Maché take the right turn, between the Boulangerie and the hairdressers. Follow the road to the right and after approximately 1 km take the right turn towards Le Fougerais and La Petite Guyonniere. The property is the second on the left as you enter La Petite Guyonniere.
