Article 3 – Conclusion of the contract
The reservation becomes effective once the customer has sent the owner a deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay and a copy of the contract signed before the date indicated on the front.
Article 4 – Cancellation by the customer
Any cancellation must be notified to the owner as soon as possible by telephone, email or registered letter.
THE DEPOSIT WILL BE KEPT FOR ONE YEAR AND CAN BE REUSED
a) Cancellation before the start of the stay
The deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the planned date of entry into the premises.
If the customer does not appear within 24 hours following the arrival date indicated on the contract, this contract becomes void and the owner may use the accommodation (gîte or guest room). The deposit also remains with the owner. This deposit can be reused, for one year, for a future stay.
b) if the stay is shortened
the rental price remains with the owner. No refunds will be made.
Article 5 – Cancellation by the owner
The owner refunds to the customer the full amount paid, as well as compensation at least equal to that which the customer would have borne if the cancellation had taken place on that date.
