Motorradfahrer willkommen Babys willkommen We are very happy to welcome you to our cottage the Cozy, a 95m2 house with bedrooms upstairs. This accommodation is ideal for families or groups of friends. Parking in front of the house. You will find all the comfort necessary to spend a pleasant time, quietly located in the town of a Percheron village and less than 5 minutes by car from all shops and the train station. Completely renovated, it will seduce you with its warm atmosphere and its careful decoration. On the ground floor a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with 125cm TV, a bathroom with 140x80 walk-in shower and washing machine, another bathroom with 80x80 basin and its toilet and a separate toilet . Upstairs 3 bedrooms including a family room with a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed, a work area and a 100 cm TV. Another with a 140x190 bed and the last with three 90x190 beds, all have a dressing room. We provide bathroom linen, tea towels and everything needed for housekeeping. On request we provide a travel cot and a high chair for your little one. We also provide our garage for your motorcycle or bicycles.
In fine weather, a small path will lead you to the garden where barbecue and garden furniture await you.
You are 15 minutes from the motorway and 5 minutes from Paris-Le MANS station. The beds are made upon your arrival, a welcome tray will be waiting for you.
