Come and recharge your batteries in this former wine cellar located in the pretty village of Portel des Corbières, "the gateway to the Corbières" 15 minutes from the beaches.

Former place of wine making, the accommodation is an outbuilding of the winery in which the winemaker and his family lived.

the building dates from the 19th century. it was completely renovated by us from 2015 to 2020. perfectly located between vineyards, river, scrubland, Cathar castles, typical villages, beaches, ponds, the hinterland and Spain.

The living room and the three bedrooms are air-conditioned.

For a comfortable stay, household linen is provided.
No need to load your suitcases with sheets, towels, shower mats, kitchen towels,
EVERYTHING is available to you in the accommodation!

And for even more comfort, you will find everything you need for a stress-free arrival: toilet paper, a roll of paper towel, tissues, shower gel, shampoo, cotton swabs, coffee pods , ground coffee, coffee filters, a bottle of water, tea, sugar, salt/pepper, oil, vinegar, pods for the dishwasher as well as for the washing machine.

For travelers with babies: we provide you with:
High chair, changing table, deckchair, suitable cutlery, bed with mattress cover/sheets and eiderdown, bathtub, etc.

The living room, very bright thanks to its large window, is equipped with an office space, a flat screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video subscription, a comfortable sofa and a fireplace with a 14k insert. it opens directly onto the balcony (synthetic turf on the ground) ideal for smokers! there you will find a table and two chairs.

All the windows of the gite have mosquito nets, ideal for the summer!

The accommodation is also equipped with fiber optics.

The kitchen is fully equipped with piano gas cooker (large capacity oven), microwave oven, dishwasher for 14 place settings, combined refrigerator, 2 coffee makers: a Senseo soft pod coffee maker and a filter coffee maker.

A laundry room located next to the kitchen, with an 8kg washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board and everything necessary for the maintenance of the accommodation (vacuum cleaner, broom, mop).

three large bedrooms each have a Queen Size bed 160X200 and an integrated closet with sliding doors. one of them has a flat screen TV.

One of the bedrooms is through and leads to another bedroom.
