The accommodation, classified 4*, is located in the center of a 10 hectare property of meadows and woods. Very quiet and isolated location, comfort and authenticity await you during your stay as a couple, with family or friends.
The geographical location of the Lamarmette gîte facilitates both access to sites in the Bergerac region and to sites in the Vézère Valley and the Dordogne Valley in the direction of Sarlat.
The holiday home is the only accommodation on the property which accommodates boarding horses (possibility of bringing your horse, meadow with shelter in front of the house)
Swimming pool for the exclusive use of the rental. Dimensions: 5 x 11 m - depth: 1.60 m. Unheated, chlorine treatment. Under removable shelter, discovered during the summer period July-August.
House of 150 m², 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, equipped kitchen, dining room, large TV lounge, large furnished veranda, shelter with barbecue, fenced garden, for your comfort rental capacity is limited to 4 people. Pet welcome
