It is located in a pretty stone house and has:
* a large room with open kitchen (electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc.)
* a living room (TV, DVD player with films for children, board games, etc.), PELLET STOVE
* a large bedroom (140 bed)
* a bedroom (2 single beds)
(POSSIBILITY of a 3rd in the annex (bed 140)
* sofa bed in the living room (BZ) VERY COMFORTABLE
* travel cot and high chair available free of charge
* 2 WCs: 1 per Level
* 1 bathroom with shower
* washing machine
Outside: 2 garden furniture (table, chairs, parasols), 1 barbecue
1 closed bicycle room.
From the gîte, numerous marked hiking trails (sheets at your disposal)
River 300 m from the gîte (fishing, swimming)
5 minutes away: 2 supervised and landscaped bodies of water
20 minutes away: 3 beautiful lakes (pedal boats, windsurfing, etc.) including 1 reserved for fishing

"Un super endroit !"
On aurait aimé rester plus ! Le gîte est bien situé, au vert, un petit bout de jardin bien orienté, bien équipé en cuisine et chauffage. Endroit calme. La gérante est très sympa et disponible. Je recommande.

"Une belle surprise"
Merci le hasard d'une annonce internet ! Un accueil chaleureux , un lieu superbe pour ceux qui adorent la nature et le calme. Un gîte tout confort et vraiment des propriétaires d'une grand gentillesse !

"Un havre de paix"
Il suffit de déposer les valises dans ce gîte pour couper avec le quotidien. Le lieu est paisible et idéalement situé afin que petits et grands y trouvent leurs comptes... randonnées, plusieurs plans d'eau pour la baignade,luge sur rail,train a vapeur et bien sûr un territoire exceptionnel pour la pêche Le seul défaut s'il fallait en trouver un c'est qu'il est trop dur de repartir !

"Un petit coin de paradis"
Depuis quelques années, notre petit bonheur à nous, c’est de retrouver le village paisible de Chaneac avec le sourire de Josette et la douceur de Francis. Avec bonne humeur, ils vous accueillent merveilleusement bien dans leur gîte tout confort ! Avec ses pierres, le logement garde la fraîcheur (bien appréciable l’été) ! Entouré d’un magnifique paysage, on savoure notre petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avant d’aller se baigner à St Martin de Valamas à 10min en voiture ! Qu’il est bon de venir chez Josette ! L’essayer c’est l’adopter ! 😉
