This large capacity cottage (12-14 people) is located in a quiet 8 ha property surrounded by nature and not overlooked.
Very well served, the cottage, located 20 minutes from the city of La Roche-sur-Yon, has a perfect location between Nantes, the Vendée coast (45 mn) and the Puy du Fou theme park (45 mn), without forgetting the historical sites and attractions located 10 mn away, such as the Vendée Memorial and Historial, the Refuge of Grasla or the Logis de la Chabotterie.
Its bucolic and relaxing environment will be the perfect place for your family or friend gatherings, for vacations or weekends, far from the hustle and bustle of big towns.
The 200 m² cottage, renovated in an old barn, next to the owners' house, has all the modern amenities.
It is composed of :
- 4 bedrooms
- 3 bathrooms
- 2 toilets
- 1 large living room with a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a living room
- 1 play room
- 1 mezzanine with a small relaxation lounge, library and extra bed

"Week-end en famille"
Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Linda et Philippe pour nous recevoir dans ce très beau gîte. Nous avons passer un inoubliable week-end en famille dans un cadre magnifique à la campagne , avec tout le confort nécessaire.
Le gîte est très bien équipé et très joliment décoré.
