This independent gîte (45 m²), opposite the owners' house, is located in the heart of the medieval village of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze close to all the main shops.
A haven of peace 15 minutes from Buis-les-Baronnies and Vaison-la-Romaine, 30 minutes from Mont Ventoux.
From the terrace, you hear the gentle sound of the river, close to the gîte.
Calm and serenity guaranteed in this completely renovated gîte. A unique place for nature lovers!
The cottage is on 2 levels:
- on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden, 2 beautiful bedrooms (1 160 cm bed and 1 140 cm bed) each with their own bathroom and WC
- upstairs: a kitchen lounge area, bathed in light, which opens onto a large shaded terrace with a beautiful view of the Mollans castle, the Bluye mountain, the Ouvèze river, etc.
The rental includes linens: sheets, towels, tea towels, etc., WiFi, cleaning and tourist tax.
Climbing enthusiasts, cyclists, paragliders, hikers, you will be delighted! Beautiful Provençal markets, superb hilltop villages, swimming in magnificent gorges 15 minutes by car.
A large choice of hiking and cycling trails departing from the gîte, several renowned via ferrata in Buis-les-Baronnies (10 min by car), a climbing site 15 min walk from the gîte.
