The house, with an area of 150 m² on 2 levels, has been completely restored and equipped with new equipment.

- a fully equipped kitchen with a large convivial table to share warm meals
- open to this kitchen, a living room with flat screen, 3 sofas (including a 140 double bed), living room that can be closed with blackout curtains for more privacy
- a large adjoining garage with a small laundry area that can be used as a games room (table football, table tennis) or as a parking space for 2 vehicles with recharging for an electric vehicle
• upstairs
- 3 bedrooms (3 beds of 90 + 3 beds of 90 + 2 beds of 90), beds that can be joined to make double beds
- a shower room with wc
- a toilet with sink
• exterior
- 1600 m² fully private and enclosed garden with swing, pétanque area and outdoor games

Suzanne's house is completely independent and without any vis-à-vis the owners' house which is located in the extension of the gîte.

"Gîte au top !"
Gîte très bien équipé et d'une propreté rare ! Fonctionnel, lumineux, dans un environnement au calme.
Tout y a été bien pensé !
Le grand jardin arboré, très agréable où l'on peut se ressourcer et récupérer (après deux journées intenses au zoo de Beauval).
Un grand merci à Anne-Marie pour son accueil chaleureux et ses conseils pour découvrir la région ! Oups ! j'allais oublier ses confitures extras fait maisons !
Nous reviendrons sans hésiter, au top !

"Super séjour"
Venu en famille pour visiter le zoo de Beauval, ce gîte fût tout simplement parfait pour nous. Très propre et parfaitement équipé pour les petits et grands, nous avons passé un super séjour chez Anne-Marie qui nous a très bien accueilli. Très bonne literie pour pouvoir bien se reposer après de fatiguantes journées.

Superbe maison parfaitement adaptée aux retrouvailles entre amis ou en famille.
La maison est très bien pensée et équipée pour les enfants.
Les équipements comme le barbecue, la table de ping-pong, le terrain de pétanque... nous ont permis de passer un excellent week-end.
Il n y a rien à redire sur la propreté de la maison et des literies.
Anne-Marie a été une hôte arrangeante et très agréable.
Je recommande vivement ce logement!
