Gîte La Bonnetière

In this cottage in town, a Touraine farmhouse located in the town of Joué-les-Tours on the edge of Ballan-Miré on an area of 4000 m², we will be delighted to welcome you for your holidays in Touraine at the gates of Tours, from route of the Loire à Vélo and the castles of the Loire (Amboise, Chenonceau, Villandry, Azay le Rideau, Langeais etc).

You will be surprised to find here in an urbanized environment (bus, tram, train station) such a green setting with a country air with, among other things, our vineyard. You will also appreciate the proximity (2km) to Lac des Bretonnières, a privileged site, very wooded, with games for children, Gadawi Park adventure course, sailing and fishing area, hiking and cycling trails.

The cottage consists of a fully equipped kitchen of 15 m², a living room of 23 m² with sofa, a 1st bedroom of 8 m² (bed 140) with shower room and WC, a 2nd 24 m² bedroom (160 bed, 90 bed) and a shower room, separate WC.

The gîte is on one level but has several steps to access certain rooms.

You will find within a radius of 500 m several food shops as well as the post office and an electric charging station.
