Gîte located within the walls of the old castle of Uzech-les-Oules, between Cahors and Gourdon. Very calm environment, swimming pool, terrace, and magnificent view overhanging the surrounding countryside.
This old castle includes a main house (occupied by the owners), and 2 independent and private houses: La Bergerie and the Orangerie. Each can accommodate 3 people and a baby.
Ideal for a stay in the countryside with friends or family.

House of 60 m² on 2 levels composed of:
• on the ground floor of a 49 m² living room, a shower room (shower, washbasin, wc) and a kitchenette (4-burner gas hob, 1 small electric oven, 1 micro oven -waves, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine)
• the sleeping area is upstairs, accessible by a double wooden staircase which leads to 2 separate mezzanines. Each housing a cozy nest: one bedroom with a 180x190 cm king-size double bed and the second with a 90x190 cm single bed.

Come relax in the outdoor swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters, common to the 2 accommodations available for seasonal rental and relax, lying in one of the deckchairs which is waiting for you.

Also take advantage of the many facilities on offer: ping-pong table and its equipment, a plancha, swimming pool mattresses, etc.

You can also enjoy a private terrace with its garden furniture consisting of a table, 4 chairs and a parasol.
An internet connection is available free of charge for your convenience.
Not overlooked. Possibility to park several cars in front of the property.
2 children's bikes (5-8 years old) are also available.
Baby equipment available on request with the rental: high chair, travel cot.

Close to the listed sites of Rocamadour and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, the Dordogne with the medieval town of Sarlat, 30 minutes from Cahors center with its magnificent Wednesday and Saturday market, and its famous Valentré bridge.
Water points nearby: the green lake of Catus at 11 minutes by car and the lake Ecoute if it rains in Gourdon at 28 minutes by car.

End of stay cleaning is mandatory for all reservations. It is charged 50 €, to be paid when booking.
Rental of bed linen, bath linen and household linen included as well as a beach towel for the swimming pool.

Security deposit of €500 (check not cashed, to be sent before your arrival).
A holiday certificate (available on simple request to your insurance company) is requested before entering the premises.

The day of your arrival, you will be welcomed by the owners.

Come and visit Uzech-les-Oules, a former pottery village, where you will find the Oulerie, an exhibition and sales hall, of the work of the potters of the town.
