La Bergerie has its own garden space (unfenced) of 1,000m².
A 60 m² living room full of light welcomes you, with kitchen area. Books and games are available, as well as a baby chair.
La Bergerie is an ideal place to rest, both outdoors and indoors. You will not find a TV set there (our choice) but there is a TV socket.
Private tennis court,and table tennis.
Heated swimming pool, between the gîte and our home, accessible in July and August depending on the weather.
Unsecured pond 50 m far from the gîte, next to our house (not visible from the gîte).
3 rooms :
- 1 bedroom of 28 m² and its bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet (semi-partition in the bathroom). 160x200 bed.
- 1 bedroom of 13 m² with a 160x200 bed that can be separated into 2 twin beds.
- 1 bedroom of 13 m² with a 180x190 bed that can be separated into 2 twin beds.
These 2 neighbouring rooms communicate via a shared bathroom also accessible via the corridor, with sink, bathtub, toilet (semi-partition in the bathroom).

"Très beau gîte"
Nous avons passé un très bon week-end dans ce gîte joliment restauré dans un environnement très bien entrenu, avec terrain de tennis et piscine. Je recommande 👍

Vraiment rien a dire tout est nickel on a passé 5 jours et c était super. De plus l accès à la piscine est au top. Propriétaire très sympathique et gîte super propre et spacieux un grand merci

"Très beau gite"
Nous avons été très satisfaits du gite. Récemment rénové avec goût. Très propre et une disponibilité et sens du service des hôtes appréciée. Nous serions bien restés plus longtemps et profiter de la piscine chauffée.

"Gîte parfait !"
Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Madame Chanteau, qui a été à la fois très disponible et très discrète. Le gîte est magnifique, décoré avec beaucoup de goût, parfaitement propre et tout neuf. La pièce de séjour et la chambre parentale sont très volumineuses. Le lit double est très bon. Calme absolu de la nature. Angers à 15-20 minutes. Impeccable à tous points de vue !
