Located in a green setting with a magnificent view of the Cantal Chestnut Grove, this large house for 10 people (with flexible sleeping arrangements) has been designed and furnished to enable you to spend a wonderful holiday in an environment conducive to rest and escape. You can even relax thanks to the private wellness area equipped with a Sauna and a Spa.

Located in the countryside, in the south of the Cantal department, at the gates of Lot and Aveyron, the gîte is independent and recently renovated.
You will find all the tranquility and comfort necessary for a pleasant stay: fully equipped contemporary kitchen opening onto a large living room where you will enjoy sharing good times around the large farm table and in the large living room where in winter you can enjoy the gentle warmth of the fireplace...

You can admire, from the large terrace, the hilly landscape of the Châtaigneraie Cantalienne with very beautiful sunsets.
You have at your disposal a second living room upstairs where a games area with more than 80 board games for all ages and a library is at your disposal, as well as a flat screen TV and DVD player with a few DVDs.

The 4 large bedrooms with very high quality modular beds of 90x200 or 180x200 are just waiting for you to spend wonderful nights.
For your comfort, 3 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets are at your disposal.

In the basement, a laundry area with washing machine (detergent provided), dryer, ironing board and iron as well as an additional fridge-freezer are at your disposal.

For baby's well-being, childcare equipment can be made available to you.
The exterior, open to nature, is equipped with a children's play area and a pétanque court (boules on site) as well as a secure outdoor room with outdoor games... (2 mountain bikes adults and 2 children's mountain bikes, ping-pong table, badminton, tennis, balls, football goal, dart games, etc.)
To fully enjoy your stay and lighten your luggage, the beds are already made upon your arrival, household linen is provided (sheets, 3 towels per person including a very large one for the spa and sauna, tea towels, etc.), you have also at your disposal cleaning products (for cleaning, dishes, laundry, etc.)
You have the possibility of having additional linen and cleaning during your stay at an additional cost.

Very close to the gîte, you can enjoy many activities for young and old..., every Thursday come and discover one of the most beautiful markets in France in Maurs-la-Jolie, 10 minutes away, where you will also find all the shops, doctors and pharmacist
