Central heating, enclosed grounds (3,700 m²) and terrace with pergola (50 m²), garden furniture, picnic table and wooden bench, barbecue, swing, fitted petanque court.
Sheets provided, bathroom linen rental, tourist tax.
200 meters on foot from the vast area of the Causse Comtal, a relaxing holiday with family or friends. In this recently built house you will have all the necessary equipment. Surrounded by a large enclosed grassy area, it will offer you the tranquility, space...that you are looking for. The terrace with south-facing pergola for your shaded meals and sunbathing will contribute to your relaxation.
Numerous hiking trails will take you through the causse, to geological curiosities (the Bozouls hole), the site of Rodelle, very close by on foot, to discover the local vineyard of Marcillac, and Conques (on the road to Puy en Velay in Compostela).
You will be 15 km from Rodez where you can visit, among other things, the Soulages Museum, the cathedral and 70 km from Millau and its famous and emblematic viaduct.
