In the Ceze Valley, a multifaceted river, between Cevennes and Provence, very close to Goudargues the little Venice of Gard, in the town of Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis, we rent a recently renovated holiday home.
House of 75 m2 with private terrace of over 20 m2. Private parking too.

Very nice view of the Ardeche little Mountains from the living room and the terrace (west facing), and view of olive orchards from the bedrooms (east facing).
At the edges of a typical stone village, on a path that gets lost in the vineyards and bordered by olive trees, a fitted house that can accommodate 4 or 5 people.

Features of the house:
On the ground floor:
• A living room equipped with a sofa, a fully equipped new kitchen: induction hob - extractor - microwave - built-in oven - fridge/freezer - kettle - toaster - coffee maker - washing machine - complete crockery.
•A bathroom with sink + cupboards, walk-in shower. Separate WC.

Upstairs:
• A spacious bedroom of 20 m2 with a bed of 2 mattresses of 90 * 200 and a bed of 90 * 190, new bedding, bedside tables, cupboards. A 12 m2 bedroom with 1 bed equipped with 2 mattresses of 80*190, new bedding, closet.
Mattress pads, bath towels and bed sheets provided.
Possibility to provide you with a baby bed and a high chair.

On the terrace: Plancha, outdoor table and chairs + 2 deckchairs.

Beach 1.5 km away (Pont de Saint-André), canoes, hikes, most beautiful villages in France (Montclus 5.7 km), La-Roque-sur-Cèze (11 km), Lussan (23 km), Aigueze (18 km),...
Other exceptional sites such as the Sautadet waterfalls (11 kms), the Aven d'Orgnac (12 kms), Vallon Pont d'Arc (29 kms), the caves of the salamander (18 kms), the Charterhouse of Valbonne (12 kms),… and the wines of the Côtes du Rhône with many cellars to visit nearby.
