Terms and Conditions

In principle, the gîte is rented from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is after 4:00 PM. Departure time is before 10:00 AM.
When booking the gite, 25% of the total rent must be paid, after which a confirmation of the reservation will be sent by e-mail. You must return this signed or email it. As soon as the deposit has been received by us, the booking is final. The remaining 75%, the deposit (see point 5) and the tourist tax of € 0.60 p.p.p.n. you must have paid to us 1 month before the arrival date. If your reservation is within 1 month before the arrival date, the total rental amount must be transferred upon receipt of the invoice. There will be no refund in case of earlier departure.
If you cancel the holiday, the 25% deposit already paid will be retained. If you have already paid the full amount, 75% of the full rental price will be refunded. However, in case of cancellation within the period of one month, no amount will be refunded. It is advisable to take out cancellation insurance.
The tenants are fully responsible for any damage caused by their actions and must report this immediately.
We ask for a deposit of € 100 for the gite, which you must pay with the final payment. After the rental period, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant's account after 14 days after deduction of any damage.
We assume that you use the gîte properly, so that the next guests can also enjoy using it. Smoking is not allowed in the gîte. Pets are welcome after consultation.
The gîte can be heated by means of the available wood stove. In the period September to May, wood can be delivered for a fee. The costs of water and electricity are included in the rental price, but we request that you use this sparingly.
Upon departure, you must leave the gîte in the condition in which you found it upon arrival.
