Former workshop, completely renovated, in an industrial style, it consists of a living room with equipped kitchen open to the dining room-living room, a bathroom with shower and WC, a suspended mezzanine bedroom of 16 m² (low ceilings in certain places because it is atypical in its suspended mezzanine style) with 1 double bed and a terrace (20 m²) an enclosed garden 28 m² as well as parking.
