Adjoining our house but without vis-à-vis, the cottage offers a superb view of the neighboring vineyards, a garden and a private swimming pool.
Covering an area of approximately 50 m², the gîte consists of:
- on the ground floor: a living room with kitchen and a separate toilet
- on the 1st floor: a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a bedroom with twin beds or a 160x200 cm double bed and a bathroom with a toilet
Sheets and towels are provided.
Air conditioner.
Fully equipped kitchen: fridge-freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso or piston coffee makers, toaster, kettle... You will also find tea towels, salt, pepper, cleaning products …
Private entrance and private garden of approximately 300 m². Free parking in front of the cottage.
Outdoor furniture, barbecue and sunbeds.
Space with above-ground swimming pool (4.27 m in diameter and 1.22 m deep).
A ping-pong table is also available at the entrance of the property.
And in the cottage, outdoor games, board games and books for young and old. Tourist documents.
On request, we can lend you a cot and a high chair.
Located in the middle of pines and vineyards, the cottage is 5 minutes by car from all amenities (supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, restaurants, cinema, etc.)
Les Arcs Draguignan TGV station 15 min.
Nice Airport 1 hour away
Activities near the cottage:
- 5 mins: Draguignan
- the listed villages of the Haut Var (Ampus, Tourtour, Cotignac, Sillans-la-Cascade, Bargemon, etc.)
