Gîte "Impasse du Puits" en pierre pour 2 personnes

Small country stone house, so freshness inside, independent for 2 people.

Area 40 m². The 20 m² terrace is shaded, with a barbecue, garden furniture, two sun loungers. There is also a small garden.
The living room has a kitchen unit, a table for four people, a sofa bed and a television. In the bedroom, a 140 cm bed. The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink. We accept your animal but it cannot stay alone in the gîte.

The gîte is located in the village, five minutes walk from all the shops; a bakery, a bar-tabac, a grocery store, a library, two fruit and vegetable producers, a hairdresser, a post office, Point I and a restaurant.

The market takes place every Monday morning. For swimming there are three rivers, La Beaume (10 mins), Le Chassezac (15 mins) and the Ardèche (20 mins).

The cottage is simple, quiet located, ideally to discover the surroundings, Ruoms, Vallon Pont d'Arc, Les Gorges de l'Ardèche, Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogüé, Le bois de Païolive, Les Vans, Joyeuse.

Coming from Ruoms, at the entrance of the village turn right before the new building of the "Foyer Rural", Rue Marius Perbost. You continue for 450m, after the scimitar, and the 30km zone, you arrive at a small square (parking for 6 cars), you have arrived at the large blue gate on your right...Welcome!
