Gite en pierre avec piscine chauffée dans le village

Fig Tree Cottage was once part of a working farm in the heart of the beautiful village of Dampierre-sur-Boutonne.

Steps lead up to the property from the ground floor to the private terrace, where you have your own fig tree as well as a table, two chairs, a parasol and a barbecue.
From the terrace you enter the cottage through the kitchen/living room.
The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.
There is a sofa and an armchair, a coffee table, a television and a small dining table with two chairs.
Stairs lead to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a King Size bed, a double wardrobe and a chest of drawers. There is enough space to accommodate a child's bed if necessary.

There are steps up to the terrace and steep stairs inside the cottage so it is not suitable for those with limited mobility.

There is a lovely heated swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 meters, with a large number of sun loungers and parasols. The swimming pool area is exposed to the sun all day long. A large patio and pebble area surrounds the pool, with a rattan sofa and chairs under a gazebo.

There is also a large games barn equipped with billiards, table tennis, table football and darts.
