Cottage 3 rooms FOR RENT in an old fisherman's house in semi-pedestrianized historic quarter of CHAILLEVETTE village at 2 ports typical oyster, 15 minutes from beaches, close to shopping (Coop, bar-tabac, restaurants Seafood ...)
Separate rooms with new bedding (190x140 + 2 x 80x200), kitchen-dining room equipped with nine (fridge freezer, microwave, 4 cooking plates, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, TV) and a private terrace garden (garden furniture and barbecue).
To rent for short stays all year and € 65 per night off season (no sheets or towels)
Pets are allowed under certain conditions.

"famille de Bretagne"
Notre séjour à Chaillevette s'est terminé hier. Nous sommes ravis du gite , nous l'avons trouvé propre, bien équipé situé dans une impasse très calme. Nous le recommandons vivement. Merci à Mme Gass pour son accueil.

"Vacances agréables"
Nous avons passé une semaine dans ce gite en aout 2021. Gite bien équipé, très calme et reposant, pièces de belles dimensions. Terrasse sans vis à vis, ombragé très agréable. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir!

"Parfait"
Charmante maison de location super équipée pièces de séjour et chambres spacieuses douche et WC séparés et surtout belle terrasse à la fois ensoleillée et ombragée sans vis à vis située dans 1 rue calme dans 1 village tranquille à proximité des ports et bassins ostréicoles. Propriétaire, Me Gass très accueillante et sympathique.

"Gite du Porche"
Super gîte, très agréable à vivre, et très fonctionnel. La déco est très soignée. Super literie. Le jardin terrasse est top. Situé dans une jolie ruelle, typique charentaise. La Coop est à proximité, ce qui est bien agréable pour le pain et les croissants du matin. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour et n'avons qu'une seule envie, c'est d'y retourner. Merci à Nathalie pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.
