The Gîte du petit bonheur is located at the Chapelle St Laurent (79430), in a calm and soothing setting.

It is near the greenway allowing you beautiful walks or bike rides.
Close to the town center, you can take advantage of local shops (bakery, butcher, mini-market, pharmacy, etc.)
You can also discover our bocage thanks to the TERRA AVENTURA application (Geocaching).

You will be at:
- 35 min: Oriental park of Maulévrier
- 45 mins: PUY DU FOU,
- 1 hour: POITEVIN MARSH, FUTUROSCOPE, LOIRE CASTLES, Doué La Fontaine Zoo
- 1H ½: La ROCHELLE, Atlantic coast

This gite is on one level and has no vis-à-vis. It consists of a large living room, a fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a shower room, separate WC, a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, private parking and of a large field.

Bedroom 1: 1 bed of 160*200 + 1 bed of 90*200
Bedroom 2: 1 bed of 140*190 + 1 bed of 120*190
Lounge side: 1 sofa bed 140*200 (on request)
The bedding is new.

Equipment: Dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, oven, 3 gas burners, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, television, Wi-Fi, barbecue...
+ Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair)

On your arrival, the beds will be made.

The cottage is non-smoking and pets are not allowed (no parties or evenings)

Tourist tax in addition per adult.
