Located in the Léguer valley, in the Natura 2000 area, the house has 4 bedrooms each with WC and shower room.
Children can have fun in the garden and the adjacent pastures. There is even a small beach by the river!
Fly fishing and hiking trails run along the property.
Hikes are possible from the cottage, to discover the castles, manors, chapels and fountains of Trégor.
The gîte is ideally located for driving to the Pink Granite Coast: Perros-Guirec, Île de Bréhat, Paimpol, or to visit Tréguier, Morlaix and Lannion.
Possibility of welcoming horses on pasture.

"Séjour unique"
Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans ce grand gîte au cadre exceptionnel (rivière sécurisée, forêt, poneys et chevaux). L’accueil des propriétaires (discrets mais toujours disponibles) ont fortement contribué à ces vacances. Etant à 13 personnes, ce gîte s’est révélé pratique à tout point de vue (salles de bains, cuisine, vaisselle...).
Nous avons pu visiter les merveilles des alentours, le château de Tonquédec, la côte de granit rose). Bref, une semaine trop courte !

"Little paradise"
Fantastic charming house in a beutiful quite location right next to the River. Excellent location for outdoor lovers and also those just looking for peace and to forget the busy world. There ar3e endless walks and hikes on the neighbourhood. Good base for exploring the region. The host is such a lovely lady, very welcoming and friendly with great knowledge on the region. From her we got lots of tips on must visit places.
