In the village located 4 km from the Authie valley, in a trotting horse stud, former independent jockey's house (120 m²), overlooking the pastures.

On the ground floor: living/dining room with an insert fireplace, independent fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer), utility room with washing machine, WC independent.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed), 1 bedroom (2 90x200 beds), 1 bedroom (2 80x200 beds), bathroom with shower.
Electric heating.

The cottage is located at the crossroads of 4 major centers of interest !
To the North, the beautiful town of Arras, the Louvres Lens.
To the East, the circuit of remembrance of the war of 14/18 and the museums of Albert, Péronne and Villers Bretonneux among others.
To the South, Amiens with the Gothic cathedral, the most beautiful in France, the St Leu district, the hortillonnages, theaters and cinemas.
To the West, the sea, the large white sand beaches, the Bay of Somme and the very beautiful little historic town of St Valery sur Somme.

In Doullens, a small town of character located 7 km away, the Vauban citadel, the town hall and the single command hall, cinema, swimming pool, tennis and all the shops.
Around the cottage, pastures with horses and numerous hiking trails.

From April 2024, you can buy white and red wine from the “cour de Bérénice”, the first vineyard made in Somme grown on our land.
