Located 2.5 km from the A75 exit 12, and the first shops of Issoire, the place is ideal for walking - many hiking trails - or by car to visit the Auvergne.
Access by a steep staircase.
- Direct entry into the kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, electric cooker, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mixer, matching crockery ...)
- bedroom with storage space - wardrobe and chest of drawers - bed 140 cm
- stay closed, with sofa BZ allowing the bed of 2 persons + small extra bed for 1 person; Flat screen TV, dresser, cantou and coffee table, armchair
- bathroom with bathtub, sink, washing machine
- Independent WC
Oil central heating.
Lounge and barbecue in private garden with possibility to park the car.

Super gîte, très bien tenu avec literie excellente... à deux pas d'Issoire et au pied de très beaux petits villages et des volcans d'Auvergne... une maîtresse de maison d'une très grande gentillesse... nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir...
