Refurbished, independent 3-star gîte, located between land and sea, in the peaceful and flowery village of Landebaëron.
Starting point for reaching out across the entire department and even further; expressways allow easy access to the sea: Paimpol, Île de Bréhat; the Pink Granite Coast: Perros-Guirec, Trégastel, Trébeurden; the Gorse Coast; Plouha and its cliffs, Binic; the Island of Batz towards Roscoff, Morlaix.

For children, multiple activities: Bégard: fun swimming pool, slides, pedal boats at Armoripark
Pleumeur-Bodou: Planetarium, Gallic Village
Cavan: discovery of sound
Ploumanac'h, St Guirec beach: nature games (sand, water and granite rocks)
Belle-Île en Terre: mountain biking, aquarium, sport and nature.
And for a more authentic Brittany, the characterful towns of Tréguier (20 km), Guingamp (11 km) and Pontrieux (9 km) with their narrow cobbled streets and half-timbered houses, the Château de la Roche Jagu and its gardens (15 km); the Valley of the Saints on Carnoët (51 km).

• on the ground floor: living room, dining room. WC with hand basin, sofa bed
• upstairs: 1 bedroom with 2 90cm beds including 1 pull-out bed + 1 bedroom with 1 140cm bed. Shower room, WC. Private courtyard with 2 wooden terraces (1 sheltered), room for bicycle shelter. Free parking opposite.
