The property has 4 ha land, with a 2500m² pond.
We are:
• near Hauterives (6 km) and its emblematic "Postman Cheval's Ideal Palace"
• 15 km from Saint-Donat sur l'Herbasse,
• 45 km from Valence.
The holiday house of Charaix is located in a detached house in the countryside. This rental is accessible only by vehicle.
The sleeping rooms are situated on the second floor and therefore not barrier-free.

"Petit paradis dans la Drôme"
Super séjour dans un gîte très bien équipé avec literie de qualité, le tout au milieu d'un parc arboré calme et peuplé d'animaux sympathiques.
Propriétaires accueillants, chaleureux et bienveillants, attentifs au confort de leurs locataires.

"Zeer aangename gite"
De ontvangst door Eva en Serge was zeer hartelijk. Leuke gite met al de nodige faciliteiten voor een aangenaam verblijf. Rustig gelegen op een domein waar de kinderen naar hartelust, zonder gevaar, kunnen spelen. Zeer aan te bevelen!
