The house is made up of 2 apartments which each have separate and independent entrances not overlooked with separate grounds.

The apartment dedicated to seasonal rental is entirely on one level, on the ground floor.

It has a pleasant terrace, fenced grounds and private parking in the immediate vicinity of the entrance, exclusively reserved for vacationers.

The cottage is very bright.
