This cottage is located in the heart of the Cathar country, on the wine route, 50 km from the sea and 1h30 from the ski slopes.
Charming stone village house, with apparent rocks located under the medieval castle of Padern, near the castles of Queribus, Aguillard and Peyrepertuse.
The fully renovated and air-conditioned house can accommodate up to 7 people. (1 person on sofa bed)
Housing :
The cottage is on 2 levels and includes: on the ground floor:
- a kitchen
- living room with wood burner and sofa bed
- a dining room
- a bedroom (1 bed 140)
- a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower in the rocks and heated floor
- an independent WC
Floor:
- a small games room with access to the terrace
- a large bedroom (1 bed 140)
- a bedroom (2 beds of 90)
- an independent WC
- terrace with barbecue
Exchanges with travelers.
I live an hour from the house, but I am always available when needed.

Your vehicle can be parked in front of the house or on a parking lot at 30 m.

"Ideal pour passer de belles vacances."
Excellent accueil d'Aline et Hervé à l'arrivée dans ce gîte insolite à même la roche, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Tout le nécessaire est réuni pour passer de belles vacances dans cette superbe région. Je recommande sans hésitation.

"Maison de village atypique"
Nous avons choisi ce gite pour son originalité avec sa façade intérieure rocheuse qui donne un cachet à cette maison située à la sortie du village de Padern. Le gite est très bien équipé et idéalement placé pour rayonner dans la région cathare pour découvrir des châteaux, faire des balades, du vélo et des baignades. Passer à l'Office du tourisme de Cucugnan pour découvrir toutes les activités. Des spots de baignade et des départs de balades sont juste à côté du gites. Renseignez-vous sur les marchés pour tous les produits frais locaux. Et sans oublier l'accueuil et la gentillesse des propriétaires qui ont eux mêmes rénové et aménagé ce gite.
