The Gîte de la Fontelaye welcomes you for your holidays with family or friends for moments of calm relaxation in the countryside. Rental also possible for business trips.
Located in the Saâne valley, halfway between Rouen and Dieppe, this Norman farmhouse is 2 km from the "Val de Saâne" green resort. This village offers various services and shops (Bakery, Butcher, Superette Coccimarket, Pizzeria, Tobacco Bar, Hairdressers, Pharmacy, Doctor's office, La Poste, Swimming pool...). Supermarket and restaurants 5 min.
Many leisure activities and outings nearby:
25 hiking trails, Canoe, kayak and bike rental, Tree climbing, Pond and river fishing, Bocasse amusement park, Clères Zoological Park, "Wolves and Bisons" Canadian Park, Goat farm, "Artmaziaa" Labyrinth, Leisure center "Lac de Caniel", Swimming pools, Castles, Museums, Paintball, Laser Game, Escape game, Cinemas, etc...
The Sea is only 25 minutes from the gîte with the Côte d'Albâtre which offers you the most impressive landscapes of Normandy. The coastal towns are nearby (Étretat, Fécamp, Saint-Valéry-en-Caux, Veules-les-Roses, Varengeville sur Mer, Dieppe...).
For art and history enthusiasts, Rouen "the city of a hundred steeples" is about 30 minutes away.
Your 65 m² accommodation with 4 rooms can accommodate up to 4 people.
1 bedroom: double bed (140/190) - duvet - pillows - dressing room - chest of drawers.
1 living room / kitchen: fridge - freezer - oven - induction hot plates - microwave - coffee maker - Dolcé Gusto coffee maker - toaster - bar.
1 living room: convertible sofa bed (double bed 140/190) - duvet - pillows - television - fireplace with wood stove.
1 entrance: small office - cupboards - shoe cabinet.
1 bathroom: shower - sink - washing machine - towel dryer.
1 independent toilet.
Entirely enclosed land and parking (part of the garden adjoining the gite is completely dedicated to you. The other part as well as the parking lot is shared with the owner who can come during the day to maintain the land and feed the animals).
Outdoor terrace: picnic table - barbecue - hammock - hut for children.
Presence of animals in an enclosed area (Chickens, Ducks, etc...). There is also a cat.
Water and electricity charges are included in the summer period (From May to October).
What is not included in your stay:
- Bed linen
- Bathroom linen
- Housekeeping (The gîte must be left clean and tidy)
- Tourist taxes (Taxes to be paid on site according to the rates in force)
- Wood for the stove (in addition to 50 euros per cubic meter)

"Un sejour en toute tranquilité"
Une maison que j ai loué pour mes beaux parents, une maison au calme entourée des champs , avec des poules, des oies etc... un lieu plein de charme. Vous pouvez venir avec vos animaux sans soucis. Vous y trouverez tous ce dont vous aurez besoin. L accueil est parfait. Le proprietaire est vraiment tres gentil et discret. Nous la reprendrons en location.

"Séjour dépaysant"
Très beau séjour, au calme, pas une voiture, vraiment dépaysant, en pleine campagne proche de toutes commodités, et à peine à 30 min des plages de Dieppe ou du super village de Veule les Roses. Location parfaite pour 4 personnes ou un couple et enfants, très bonne accueil de l'hôte.
