The Gîte de L'ETANG is equipped with a heated and secure swimming pool (heated from May to September) reserved for your exclusive use and not overlooked with beach, parasol and deckchairs.
The Gîte has 6 bedrooms including 2 on the ground floor accessible to wheelchairs, 3 bathrooms including 1 accessible to people with reduced mobility, 1 BILLIARD ROOM, 1 BABYFOOT, 1 PING-PONG TABLE, 1 shaded PETANQUE COURT , 1 fully equipped fitted kitchen (cooking range, etc.), 1 dining room, living room.
Everything is done to satisfy our holidaymakers at Gîte de l'ETANG.
The high-end equipment includes 1 XXL TV screen, 1 Blu-ray DVD player, unlimited WiFi box, 1 washing machine, 1 dryer, 2 refrigerators, 1 freezer, 1 FALCON cooktop, 1 washing machine. crockery, 1 NESPRESSO, 1 classic coffee maker, 1 complete equipment for 2 babies (2 travel cots, potty, bottle warmer, changing table, unbreakable crockery, 1 high chair, chairs and table for 6 small children).
Ground floor fully accessible to wheelchairs (equipped bathroom, wide doors and corridors).
The L’ETANG lodge, in the heart of the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, is located:
- 800 m from the coastal GR
- 5 minutes from the center of AVRANCHES
- 15-20 minutes from the beaches of Saint-Jean-Le-Thomas, Carolles, Jullouville
- 20 minutes from Granville and Mont-Saint-Michel
Prices include cleaning, linen service, towels included during summer holidays.
Prices vary according to the seasons. Example: a 2-night weekend between €990 and €1260 depending on the period.

Reservation for 2 nights minimum.

"Séjour Pentecôte 2024"
Ce n'est pas notre premier séjour dans ce gîte. À chaque fois nous sommes satisfaits : le propriétaire est très accueillant. Côté équipement, rien ne manque. La piscine est bien sécurisée. Endroit très calme et verdoyant. Nous recommandons vivement cette location très agréable pour une famille.

"Vacances d'Avril à Marcey Les Grèves"
Superbe semaine passée en famille (10 adultes, 1 enfant de 3 ans, 1 bébé + animaux) au gite de l'Etang.
Yann est une personne très sympathique, agréable, chaleureux et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires.
Pour le gîte, tout y est : propreté, confort, agencement, baby-foot, billard, ping-pong, terrain de pétanque, détente, piscine, parc avec étang (idéal pour une initiation pèche pour les novices), à proximité de sites remarquables et surtout le domaine est sécurisé (clos pour les enfants et nos animaux).
Merci Mr Martin pour tout cela.
À refaire absolument…

"Un weekend en famille"
Merveilleux weekend passé au gîte de o'Etang. L'accueil est personnalisé et chaleureux. La région est magnifique, chargée d'histoire. Nous repartons des souvenirs pleins les yeux, petits et grands, nous nous sommes ressourcés dans un cadre sublime et verdoyant. Un grand merci M. Martin

"Logement incroyable"
La maison est vraiment bien agencée. Yann est une personne qui nous à réservé un très bel accueil. Je recommande ce logement, avec de belles prestations (baby foot, billard, piscine, table de ping pong, terrain de pétanque, barque, literie confortable, logement propre...). Terrain clos et sécurisé qui est également un avantage pour des enfants, ou pour les animaux domestiques. Nous avons passé un très bon week end. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement 😊
