Bebé benvenuti This beautiful farmhouse, typical of Cap Sizun, nestles in a pleasant, calm setting, full of trees, flowers and surrounded by its 3000 m² garden and its enclosed orchard. This house faces south.
The house was renovated by an architect.
The symbiosis between the old decor and the contemporary has been perfectly successful, bringing lots of space and light to this building of character.
It is located near Audierne, its port, its shops and Pointe du Raz, classified as a Grand Site de France.
Best place to enjoy:
- fine sandy beaches that delight children and swimmers
- the Nautical Center which can introduce you to the pleasures of the sea (sailing, surfing, paddle, sea garden for children)
- numerous coastal paths (GR34)
- commercial areas, swimming pool, bicycle rental

Ground floor with fitted kitchen and wood stove (to warm you up on winter evenings), lounge, living room, shower room, separate toilet. Cellar with washing machine, freezer and boiler.
On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (1.40 x 1.90) and
possibility of adding an extra bed.

Outside: enclosed garden, garden furniture with sun lounger, barbecue and car parking.
