Our property, whose 3 lodgings are classified as "furnished accommodation 5 stars", is located in the heart of the Angevin vineyard, between Angers and Saumur, with a beautiful panorama and a view of the vineyards all around our lodgings, all on a raised and paysagé ground of 7000 m².

The buildings are side by side and very easily allow a friendly, family or professional reunion during your stay, while guaranteeing a certain independence for everyone with its 8 bedrooms (including the caravan) and their own bathrooms with private toilets. for each of them. The old cellar where the property's wine was aged has been completely renovated and converted into a 90 m² reception room allowing you to meet in one and the same place with a fully equipped kitchen.

• LE GITE "LE CHAI" ***** - area of 125 m² with a reception room of 90 m²
Equipped with a superb fitted kitchen (FAGOR range cooker with 2 ovens, a combination microwave/grill oven - 2 dishwashers - a large fridge-freezer - a wine cellar - a washing machine), you will no trouble preparing your meals. A quadruple bedroom with shower room with private wc adjoins the reception room.

• THE COTTAGE "LA FERME" ***** - area of 130 m² - 8/10 people
Entirely renovated, the maximum capacity of this classified gîte is 8/10 people, in 3 bedrooms (one double 160x200 and two triples each with a double bed 160x200 and a single bed 90x200) each with its own bathroom or shower with wc private. A pleasant living room with two sofas/bed adorn the ground floor.

• THE COTTAGE "LA GRANGE" ***** - area of 106 m² - 6 people
Comfortable and spacious cottage with 3 bedrooms and their 3 private bathrooms with toilets (one on the ground floor with a double bed 160x200 with its dressing room and two air-conditioned double bedrooms, one with two single beds upstairs), for a maximum capacity of 6 people. Modern in design, you will enjoy a pleasant sandstone cobbled terrace with an overall view of the property.

• THE TRAILER - 4 people
Installed in the heart of the property facing the vineyard as far as the eye can see, our warm and romantic trailer can accommodate up to 4 people. It is very well insulated and equipped with heating for the winter months. An alcove bed (140x190) and two single beds make up the bedding of this very cozy place.

Towels are provided (provide bath towels for use of the swimming pool from May to September only).
Welcome products are available in each of the bathrooms (with hair dryer).
A flat-screen TV equips each of the 8 bedrooms.
On sunny days, "Weber" charcoal barbecues complete this equipment.

Cleaning is provided by us at the end of the stay.

Animals are accepted on prior request and with the agreement of the owner.
