Gîte de groupe "Au Pré Charmant"

In this warm place located in a farmhouse in Pouzay in Indre-et-Loire (37) 3 hours from Paris.

10 minutes from the motorway exit between Tours, Poitiers, Loches and Chinon, these lodgings are surrounded by nature, close to the Loire Valley castles (Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry, Chenonceau ...) but also in the vineyards de la Touraine (Chinon, Bourgeuil, Vouvray…)

Mrs. Borys Rabusseau Fleur, farmer and sheep breeder took over the reception hall and the group accommodation that her parents had created to embellish the heritage of their farm.

We will be happy to welcome you to our gîtes:

• The group accommodation "Au Pré Charmant", can accommodate from 15 to 25 people
Its reception hall can accommodate up to 80 people seated

You can relax in this friendly cottage.
Visit the Loire castles but also the Chinese vineyards or stay at the gîte and enjoy our wellness area (SPA, hydromassage shower, hammam) * or carriage rides *
It is located 10 minutes from the exit of the A10 motorway (Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine / Noyant).

The gîte is made up of four large bedrooms on the first floor and one bedroom on the ground floor labeled Tourisme Handicap for the four handicapped. All rooms are equipped with an individual bathroom with air conditioning / heating, internet connection.

You will find a large capacity fully equipped kitchen (2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, a kitchen piano ...)
We offer tableware rental * (80 covers) for your family meals.

A magnificent reception or dining room of 100 m² with fireplace and lounge area with TV and DVD player, this room can be suitable for weddings of 75 people seated or family celebrations.

A small upstairs lounge with a billiard table can be suitable for seminars and fun activities.

Outside you will find a 75 m² covered courtyard, ideal for wine, brunch or cocktails, a bowling alley, games for children, a ping-pong table, a relaxation area * with Spa, hydromassage shower and hammam, a pond (closed) 200m from the fenced and wooded gîte with farm animals.

We offer various activities to make your stay as magical as possible (carriage ride, massages, boat ride, visit to a cheese dairy, visit to a vineyard).

For holidays with family, friends or between fishermen! Cozy house on the banks of the La Vienne river. Capacity for 2 to 10 people. This gîte is labeled Gîte de France (accommodation number 37G18351).

10 minutes from the A10 Sainte-Maure-de-Touraine motorway exit (land renowned for its AOC goat cheese), the Grenier à Sel borders the Vienne, a river tributary of the Loire which constitutes a veritable paradise for fishermen. Lovers of nature walks, on foot, by bike or on horseback, will also find material to quench their passion around. Many picturesque corners are to be discovered there according to the desires of each: Richelieu, Chinon wines, Château d'Azay le Rideau. Without forgetting the Pouzay beach, whose atmosphere is different each year depending on the activities offered there.
