Piscina Sentieri trekking Pista ciclabileNel Parco Naturale Regionale Livradois-Forez, un viale di faggi di oltre 350 anni conduce al piccolo borgo di Folgoux, nascosto tra felci e abeti ricoperti di muschio.
Troverete il nostro cottage lì vicino al piccolo castello di Folgoux. Un piccolo paradiso a 920 metri con tanto bosco, lontano dalla vita frenetica ea soli 90 chilometri a sud di Clermont-Ferrand.
Nel nostro giardino per gli ospiti potrete godervi il sole e la vita all'aria aperta.
Vicino a noi (2 km a piedi), c'è un lago con un bel baretto.
Nelle immediate vicinanze si possono fare escursioni a piedi, in bicicletta, in moto, canoa, equitazione e tennis.
A 4 km si trova il piacevole borgo medievale di La Chaise-Dieu, con la sua famosa chiesa e abbazia, rinomata per il suo festival classico internazionale che si svolge nella sua imponente collegiata.
Le città di Ambert (30 min), Craponne-sur-Arzon (25 min) e Puy-en-Velay (45 min) offrono graziosi mercati, negozi e terrazze.

If, for any reason, the Lessee cannot, will not or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, the Lessee must inform the Lessor immediately. Telephone notification must be confirmed in writing or by email.
The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, your 50% deposit will not be refunded. In case of late cancellation, 100% of the price will be charged.
No refunds will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure compared to the agreed rental period.
Any refund will be reduced by €10 administration fee.
We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.

The rental price includes bed linen (duvets, pillows, duvet covers and fitted sheets), bathroom linen (large and small towels) and kitchen linen (tea towels), for a maximum of 6 people.
The rental price includes 'fair use' gas, water and electricity. Excessive electricity consumption (more than 50 kWh per day on average) will be charged at €0.30 per kWh.
You can stay in our gîte with only one animal. Pets are not allowed in or on beds under any circumstances and must not disturb other guests.
Dogs must be kept on a leash on the La Fougeraie site and walked outside the property. A dog is allowed to run freely in the fenced garden of the gîte.
In the unlikely event of serious nuisance, we may ask you to leave early.
