An old renovated farm, the Charrey gîte has a living space on 3 levels:

* a 70 m² garden level including kitchen and dining room, and a toilet area, boiler room, laundry room
* a first floor: a bedroom with 2 90x190 approachable beds, 1 bedroom with 2 90x190 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 double 140x190 bed, 1 bathroom with shower and sink, 1 bathroom with shower and 2 sinks, 1 toilet

* a second floor: 2 consecutive bedrooms / dormitory in the basement with 2 single beds in the 1st, 1 130 bed and 1 single bed in the 2nd. *a 25 m² glass roof on 2 levels with a mezzanine corridor which separates the living area from the old barn part transformed into:

* on the ground floor in a bedroom with 2 approachable 90x190 beds with bathroom, adjoining toilet and a workshop not accessible for rental,

* on the 1st floor a large free room of 72 m² with possible table, 30 chairs, 1 1/4 grand piano and 1 upright piano, allowing games, meals, seminars, training or music activities.

The house is part of a hamlet, it is semi-detached. Outside, you will find barbecue table and chairs.
Behind the house, a 2-seater carport and a large field/parking area.

The hamlet is located in the heart of nature, fields and forests, opening onto numerous trails, walking and cycling paths.
Mushrooms, flowers, blueberries, raspberries, respectfully and carefully picked in the surrounding nature are very appreciable, as are the many nature activities from the house: walking, cycling, fishing, swimming.
At Le Chambon, you will find all the shops, from the supermarket to small boutiques, an arthouse cinema, a swimming pool, a golf course, an equestrian center, various restaurants. Many cultural activities, sporting and leisure events are scheduled there in the summer, but also out of season...
Also worth seeing is the museum, a place of memory dedicated to the welcome and the resistance.
At Lake Devesset (8 km) all water activities are offered, swimming, water games, sailing, pedal boats.
Every Saturday and Wednesday in Chambon (5km) the market takes place, Monday in Saint-Agrève (7 km), Tuesday in Tence (8km).

From Chambon sur Lignon, take the direction of Saint Agrève, which passes in front of "intermarché".
3km away, at the junction with the road to Tence, take the direction of St agreve for 300m, and turn right on a small road indicating charreyrial. Stay on the paved road, leaving the dirt roads on both sides. At the first house on the right in the hamlet,
